About Doctor
Dr. Mark Larson is a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist. His professional interests include standard and premium cataract surgery, the clinical treatment of glaucoma, with a special interest in the surgical management of glaucoma. His clinical practice also includes comprehensive eye exams, glaucoma laser treatment, and diabetic evaluations. He prides himself on educating patients about their disease processes and treatment options so they can be actively involved in their own care.
Dr. Larson sees patients at all Ophthalmology Associates, S.C. Locations, including Cudahy, New Berlin, and Greenfield. He is currently accepting new patients, and looks forward to working alongside the team to provide a high standard of care for all patients.
Dr. Larson has recent publications in the Asian and Pacific Journal of Ophthalmology, as well as the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
When not serving patients, Dr. Larson enjoys spending time with his family, jogging, and watching football and basketball.

I called in the morning requesting an appointment for a possible eye injury. Salina got me in with Dr Larson, as my Dr was in surgery that day.
Dr. Larson greeted me with a smile, listened to me and was reassuring.
After the exam, he thoroughly explained his findings and assured me that my recent cataract surgery with lens implant wasn't compromised. He made me feel comfortable and cared for.
I am blessed that my PCP recommended this caring practice with outstanding expertise.
The office staff, the certified technicians, and the clinical staff contribute to a comfortable caring patient experience!

This is the 3rd time I have seen Dr. Mark Larson. He is a professional,kind, caring and compassionate Eye Surgeon. I have glaucoma and I am legally blind and had no central vision in my right eye, since I was a child. I have seen many Eye Surgeons and DR. He is the best Doctor I have met in 30 years . He is down to earth . My regular Ophthalmologist was not available. I called 8.11.25 at 8:30 am requesting an urgent appointment. Was seen by Dr. Larson of Opthamology Associates (where I have gotten my excellent care for 25+ years) at 9:45 am yesterday. Referred to a retina specialist who saw me this morning. Excellent service, patient focused, thorough assessment at each office with an appropriate treatment plan established.
I appreciated Dr. Larson’s depth of knowledge. He spoke clearly about my health issues & has an effective bedside manner. I felt heard & safe.
Ancillary staff, Jake & Dr. Larson’s nurse & medical scribe were very helpful, caring & professional, as well as.
I would feel comfortable seeing Dr. Larson in the future if needed.
